Heidi Montag you might recall was the very pretty and wholesome girl next door from the hit MTV reality television show The Hills. She did a great job of promoting herself with numerous photo opportunities. Some say the photos were staged and shameless self promotion, but nonetheless, very beautiful pictures of her in swimsuits, provacative poses, and sexy clothes were soon all over the internet. She has a great body. As her star rose, Montag chose to get elective plastic surgery at a young age, and alot of it.

Heidi publicly went through the procedures and gained negative press from many over all that she had done. She got a chin reduction, her ears pinned, a brow lift, a revision rhintoplasty, and a revision breast augmentation to make her breasts larger. She is said to have undergone ten plastic surgery procedures. Individually the surgeries might not have been so bad yet the totallity of it did make her look fake doll like and somewhat older than her years. Some of her wholesome girl next door type natural beauty was taken away from her looks when she transformed herself via the surgery to a new blonde bombshell look.

She appeared on the cover of People magazine, showing off her barbie like perfection compliments of now deceased Beverly Hills plastic surgery Frank Ryan. After the procedures, Heidi admitted regret over having them done. She later said the surgery hurt her career and personal life. She got criticised heavily by women yet many a man seems to think she’s still super hot, albeit plastic. She went from an attractive natural blonde without any plastic surgery, to a Hollywood blonde with large breasts and allot of plastic surgery. Allot of men would probably say she looks amazingly hot either way. Maybe she felt pressured to live up to some percieved Hollywood standard of beauty.
